TckTckTck … Two Separate Campaigns?

As you know – we are now being told there are two separate campaigns. Jason Mogus from TckTckTck states on the Mobilization for Climate Justice Site:

“First, the Tck campaign with corporate connections that you are detailing is actually a separate one from what I worked on, their website is and ours is Our campaign only had NGO’s involved and did not work with the EURO PR firm or had any other PR firms in leadership roles. It is easy to get confused as there were 2 separate campaigns but the one I worked on was the most high profile, had 220 NGO partners, and is the one most of you will have seen.”

So – the question is this …
Then why does this press release from September of 2009 state ‘Havas Worldwide Website’ on the very last line with the address: ?

Kofi Annan’s Open Source TckTckTck Campaign Supported by Over 1 Million People

LONDON, GENEVA and NEW YORK, Sept. 8 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ — The website will today receive its 1 millionth pledge from people all over the world campaigning for a just and binding global deal at the UN
Climate Change Conference in Copenhagen in December 2009.

The website is run by the Global Campaign for Climate Action (GCCA), an organisation formed by the world’s leading NGOs who have agreed to aggregate their actions and campaigns towards Copenhagen under the
TckTckTck banner. All actions taken on behalf of GCCA members contribute to the final total of engaged individuals in the TckTckTck campaign.

The TckTckTck device and creative assets for the campaign were developed to spearhead Kofi Annan’s campaign for climate justice. David Jones, CEO of Havas Worldwide, said: “Kofi Annan’s campaign was specially designed to be
open-source and collaborative. It is fantastic news that the combined total of TckTckTck actions has now reached over the one million mark and we’ll be driving this even wider with the upcoming release of the ‘Beds are Burning’
cover as a free download on October 1st.” Details on the song release will follow in the next several days.
